More than just miles.

Training & Philosophy

How I train, prepare for races, and stay motivated through the years.

Running isn’t just about race day — it’s about the months of preparation, the discipline, and the mindset that keeps you lacing up when no one is watching.

Over the years, I’ve experimented with different training styles — from solo early-morning runs to structured group workouts with Pace-Makers. I’ve learned that while speedwork and long runs matter, consistency matters more.

My philosophy is simple:

  • Train smart, not just hard.
  • Listen to your body.
  • Make running a part of your life, not an interruption to it.
