Parisian Farewells and Fantastic Finds

A description of cover image.

As we departed Paris, it seems our new friends weren’t going to let us leave empty-handed. Their thoughtful gifts were truly extravagant and deserve mentioning, as they perfectly captured our interests.

Pamela received a particularly special present from François – a cross-stitch project that’s sure to inspire a new blog post from her. Here’s a sneak peek: it’s a massive undertaking, with 290 x 359 stitches using a whopping 70 different colored threads. François generously provided not only the design pattern and instructions, but also the specific black fabric, which can be quite difficult to find.

Not a fan of cross-stitch? Perhaps you’re more of a coffee enthusiast like me? Then check out this project Pamela also received link. This one looks like it will take some serious dedication to complete. Hopefully, Pamela will pace herself and take frequent breaks – her eyes will thank her for it!

In addition to these treasures, Pamela also received an Eiffel Tower bedside lamp and a beautiful salwar kameez from two of her close friends.
