Driving Himachal

We’ve returned to Bangalore from our first trip to Northern India. It was like touching the very heart of Incredible India. The environmentally conscious state of Himachal Pradesh and the Himalayas have so much to offer; it’s truly amazing. I feel proud to be Indian, and India is indeed amazing!

The abundance of natural beauty is astounding, from beautiful snow-capped and green mountains, rolling hills, valleys, and mountains shaped like mushrooms that give way to narrow roads and tunnels, to rushing rivers like Satluj, Beas, and Ravi. Meadows transform into rocky terrains around the highest peaks, and you’ll find waterfalls, apple orchards, and a remarkable range of climatic conditions. There’s so much more to say about it, but words cannot do justice to the beauty we’ve witnessed.
